At by A. Manso, we work to process and ship your order as efficiently as possible.

Our products may be produced on demand, which means each item can require production time before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed.

Because some products are made on demand, production time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins once the order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier. Tapstitch also states that shipping time refers to transit time after fulfillment and does not include production time unless otherwise stated.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, defective, or arrives with an issue, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@claudiamanso.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.

For issues such as lost packages, damage, defects, or misprints, claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date for faster resolution.
